If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  Products such as personal care or hygiene-related fitness items (e.g., mouth trainers, sweat belts, etc.) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
  

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are not granted if:

• The item is returned after 7 days of delivery.
  
• The product is damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
  
• The product is returned without original packaging or missing parts.
